Nicholas is a graduate of Capital University School of Law. During law school Nicholas was a member of the Capital University Law Review as well as a member of the 2014 and 2015 Attorney General Mock Trial Competition Team. Nicholas along with his teammates placed first in the Attorney General Mock Trial Competition in 2015. During his law school tenure he worked as a Law Clerk for the Franklin County Public Defender’s office in their felony department, strictly working on felony criminal defense cases. He completed law school in 2016 and immediately started his own practice in the Youngstown Ohio area. During his time as a solo practitioner he handled many types of cases including criminal defense, business litigation, license defense, and contract drafting and negotiation. He is licensed to practice throughout the state of Ohio and the Northern District of Ohio.
